The role of the Master of Ceremonies was particularly challenging. The timetable for the event was tight and Xavier kept the program on schedule, not withstanding that politicians stop the program on several occasions to have photographs taken. The pronunciation of the names of a number of the participants was also challenging with the participants coming from a wide range of ethnic backgrounds. Xavier’s attention to detail and the preparation he undertook before the event played a significant role in the great success of the celebration.

Xavier’s enthusiasm and energy is contagious. It infects the audience and creates a wonderful atmosphere. He knows how to work the crowd even in unexpected down times. He steps up and draws on his wit and energy to keep the audience entertained and focused. Great voice!

Overcoming the challenge of a relatively tough crowd, Xavier effectively and convincingly communicated a serious message while keeping the QV crowd interested and entertained. His witty humour and ability to improvise ensured the event continued to run smoothly. Xavier made a significant contribution to the success of Melbourne Citymission’s Homeless, not Helpless event and it was a pleasure working with someone with such great talent and professionalism.

I would like to extend our sincere thanks for providing a professional service as our MC at the Seniors Multicultural Gathering. Council strives to present an entertaining program every year and we could not achieve such positive results without the support of the MC.
Anna Ottobre – Cultural Projects Officer, Manningham City Council. Manningham Seniors Multicultural Festival.
We found Xavier to be a very confident man who presented himself extremely well to the audience. His professional approach and amazing sense of humour together with his ability to draw the audience was amazing. The sale of the auction items greatly supported our cause and was very profitable. Our thanks go to Xavier. We would highly recommend this man to any organisation seeking to raise funds to their cause.
